The prize consists of:
a. A five (5) night holiday for 2 people at Le Méridien Al Aqah Beach Resort in Fujairah (“the resort”), and
b. Two (2) Economy Class return tickets with Emirates to Dubai (“the flights), including airport tax.

The resort:
a. The prize winner and one (1) companion will share an Executive Suite for the duration of the holiday on a Full Board basis, which means breakfast, lunch and dinner in “Views Restaurant”.
b. Executive Suites are subject to availability and advance booking by the prize winner is required.
c. Chauffeur driven transfers to and from the resort to Dubai International Airport will be provided.
d. Le Méridien Al Aqah Beach Resort’s General Hotel Terms & Conditions will apply.

The flights:
a. One winner will receive two (2) Emirates Economy Class return tickets to Dubai from a choice of 15 daily departures from London Heathrow, London Gatwick, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle and Glasgow.
b. The two (2) Emirates Economy Class return tickets can only be used for travel to and from Dubai for the purposes of the five (5) night holiday at Le Méridien Al Aqah Beach Resort Fujairah which forms part of this prize.
c. Skyward Miles cannot be accrued when travelling on these tickets.
d. Prize flights are subject to availability and the following black out dates apply: 1-14 April 2012, 1 June – 4 September 2012, 7-31 October 2012, 1-31 December 2012, 1-17 January 2013, 16-24 February 2013. NB – 2013 blackout dates are subject to change. If the date you choose is unavailable we reserve the right to offer you a suitable alternative.

The prize winner must be over 18 and hold a valid UK passport.

The prize is valid for 12 months from the date of IPC drawing the prize winner. Black out dates when travel is not permitted apply (see dates under section 5d). The prize may not be taken during UK or UAE public holidays.
