The prize includes:
(a) Cash
A cheque for £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) payable in the name of the winner only.
The cash element of the prize will be delivered to the winner within 28 days of winner confirmation. The prize will require a signature upon delivery. The prize provider will inform the winner of the expected date of delivery and it is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they are available on the specified date to take delivery of the prize.
(b) Holiday
A seven (7) consecutive nights holiday for the winner and one (1) adult companion to St Lucia, to include:
· Return economy class flights from London Gatwick to St Lucia;
· Helicopter transfer upon arrival at the airport in St Lucia (subject to delays);
· Car transfer from the hotel in St Lucia to the airport;
· Seven nights accommodation in a villa suite on a full-board basis at the Cap Maison Resort & Spa, St Lucia based upon the winner and their companion sharing a double room;
· One (1) optional couples spa treatment for the winner and their companion;
· An excursion on a chartered yacht during their stay.
The holiday must be booked and taken up between 1 March 2012 and 28 February 2013 subject to availability. The prize provider recommends that the winner contacts the prize provider no less than three (3) weeks before their preferred departure date and provides the prize provider with three (3) alternative dates of travel between 1 March 2012 and 28 February 2013 subject to the following blackout dates when the winner may not take up the prize:
o 31 March 2012 to 15 April 2012 (inclusive);
o 24 December 2012 to 4 January 2013 (inclusive); and
o on any other dates as may be advised by the provider of the prize.
Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to provide a security deposit upon arrival.
The winner and their companion must both be aged 18 or over and must each hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to St Lucia. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize providers. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize providers of any wheelchair or other access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
